[SOLVED] Cannot install 2024-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5036893) Update. Error code 0x800705b9

1) There's no need to perform an in-place upgrade because there are no remaining issues.
2) This is a known bug with Windows 10/11 and nothing to worry about and will disappear after some time.
