Re-installeing those language packs shouldn't be a problem. I'm running many systems with multiple LP's too, and on server VM's which I'm using as source I've installed dozens of commonly used LP's. The only thing is the size of the registry hives and the WinSXS folder which are quite big, and this will slow down the installation of new LCU's with limited recources.
