Can't install SP1 ond some updates

Try to install the update "Internet Explorer 11 Language Pack for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems" only.
Please report the result.

I type KB976932 in search window, on drive C: it found 5 files which contain KB976932.
It may be that SP1 installed but not works?

Run sfc /scannow again and attach the zipped cbs.log to your next reply.

1. Click the Start button and then type cmd in the searchbox. Right-click on cmd that comes up in the search results and select Run as administrator.
2. A User Account Control dialog may come up asking for approval. If it does go ahead and allow.
3. A command prompt window will open. Copy and paste the following into the command-prompt and hit enter.
wmic service get name,displayname,pathname,startmode,exitcode > "%USERPROFILE%\desktop\services.txt"
4. After the command runs there will be a file on your desktop named services.txt.
5. Attach this file to your next reply.

Why are the services "ASP.NET State Service" and "Windows Firewall" disabled ?

"Windows Firewall" block some functions or connections on specific software. "ASP.NET State Service" - don't now, I'm not use it...

Set the services "ASP.NET State Service" and "Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)" to start manually.
Set the service "Windows Firewall" to start automatically
Reboot the machine.

Check Windows Update and report the result.
If it fails, run sfc /scannow again and attach the zipped cbs.log to your next reply.
