Can't update from 1909 to 2004

Step#1 - FRST Fix
NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system
1. Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.
Note: You need to run the 64-bit Version so please ensure you download that one.
2. Download the attached fixlist.txt and save it to the Desktop.
Note. It's important that both files, FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work (in this case...the desktop).
3. Run FRST64 by Right-Clicking on the file and choosing Run as administrator.
4. Press the Fix button just once and wait. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
5. When finished FRST64 will generate a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please post the contents of it in your reply.
What do I do with my problem further?

Retry upgrade.
I retried the update, no success with the same behavior: undoing changes after reboot which happened after 75%. Do I really have a chance to heal it? Should I upload setuperr.log? Such an annoying update, no updates before behaved this way with all my programs installed.

As for drivers, can you see what driver cause this problem in particular? Probably in the log it's seen. But I was reading logs myself, I couldn't find an exact cause of the problem.

Hello! Now I've noticed another problem. My friend just gave me a pro key to upgrade Windows, but I couldn't do this as it says that all the keys he gave are inappropriate and don't match, don't work, though I've personally checked them on another copy of a clean OS and there they are all working perfectly. Then, I ran Dism /Online /Get-TargetEditions and noticed another problem. It says: error 5023, the windows edition couldn't be defined, make sure that this image is a real image of OS windows (it was in Russian first, I translated it to you into English, in English shell that output won't be the same). How do I do with this problem? SFC fix doesn't report any problems, I won't attach its log - it's almost empty and says that everything is allright. Dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth after reaching 100% reports: error 6801, about transaction support in this resource manager that wasn't started or was interrupted due to an error. What do I do with it? Windows is like a thing that harms itself if you do more than internet serfing...

UPD: I fixed the problems above myself. To solve the problem with error code 6801 I had to create a TxR folder in the directory windows/system32/config. To solve the problem with code 5023 I needed to uninstall the last update, it wasn't lucky and it constantly appeared in the update center again and again even after installing. Then I upgraded to Pro successfully with a public key. After it I entered a license key and it was finally activated. I think I'll need to try updating to 2004 again after all the manipulations I've done.

Hi there! It's been a year since I wrote here last time. Nothing has changed since then, the error number keeps on being absolutely the same. Can anyone assist me now?

I was tired of attempting to update since it had no effect at all and the same error kept on popping up constantly when trying to update to the newest build. I probably tried it a month ago and the error was the same. I even tried to do this on another computer I had during the repairs of the main one and it even had no success there that may discover that the problem doesn't lie in any drivers or another hardware, it's somewhere in the system itself, I guess. I didn't try to reinstall Windows and I won't as the whole working environment is set up here and it will be extreme to try to reinstall everything and configure it again. I think I'll switch to Mac in the coming future (in a year or a bit more as I'll have an opportunity). I was given such advice by my friend who is a programmer. Anyway, I need my Windows to be updated now and I hope that there's still someone who would like to assist me.
