Try to install KB4484534 only.
 
Try to install KB4486737 only.
 
Try to install KB4486740 only. If it succeeds install KB4486743.
Report the result.
 
Restart the machine.
Check Windows Updates.
Are the 5 Office 2010 updates still listed ?
 
Try to install the update 2019-09 only.
 
Open an elevated command prompt.
Copy and paste the following command into it and press enter.
