Can't update Windows 2016 server, error 0x800705b4

Restart the machine.
Report the size of the file C:\Windows\System32\Config\components on this server.

I don't see why we can't uninstall the unused language packs.
You just can't or you don't know how ?
If the latest, see if this information helps: Install or Remove Language Packs

Size remained the same. 2.00 GB (2,147,483,648 bytes)

I was able to run this succesfully

It was stuck at 99.0% for a few hours. I inadvertently closed the command prompt.


When I tried 2 other language packs I get this:

  6. When finished, a log called Fixlog.txt will appear in the same directory the tool is run from.
