computer freezing with occasional blue screen help

Okay, there seems to be lots of open handles and potientally a few different processes using them. The PointerCount shows that some Kernel Mode components may be using them too.

I've write on the nVidia forums, that one user managed to successfully eradicate the problem with the installer by completing removing everything including the Registry Entries with Revo Uninstaller and Driver Sweeper. The programs will only remove entries relating to nVidia, however, it is advised to create a backup just in case. Afterwards, I would try installing the driver again.

Thanks a lot for the reply. I've formatted my HDD multiple times to eliminate the problem but it eventually comes back. It's software so it's something I'm installing. When it's formatted I install Windows from the CD. Then I install the motherboard drivers from the CD (ASUS P8H77-M LE). I then go onto What's New | GeForce and download the latest driver for my GTX 650 Ti. I also download the driver for my headset which is a Plantronics Gamecom 780, as well as a mouse driver for my gaming mouse.
I'm thinking of wiping my HDD again but I will need advice on what to install exactly otherwise the problem will just arise again. From the files I have sent you does it look like any motherboard drivers have caused any problems?

Could you give me some advice on what drivers to install exactly?

Put it simply I've formatted my HDD about 3 times now to solve this problem. Although it used to blue screen rather than freeze. It's definitely a driver problem that appears to point at Nvidia graphics drivers. I've tried multiple versions but the problem persists. I've even had my graphics card replaced. It's something I'm installing...

I've formatted my HDD but I got another BSOD. I forgot to change the crash settings so it's a kernel dump. I've changed it to a minidump now. I'll upload it at this link: Kernel MEMORY
