[SOLVED] Corrupt Files in winsxs folder?

I tried Malwarebytes and it says:

"This program can't start because api-ms-win-core-libraryloader-l1-2-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

This is what it was saying before as well.

Here is the current CBS.log. It seems there are still problems with the "DWrite.dll" and "networkexplorer.dll".

EDIT:

Interesting, both Firefox and Malwarebytes are now working after running SURT again.
