i can't change to english it's blocked to french

when i run BSoD Collection it's bug and i have no log

The log you posted was run by a limited user. Please follow the previously provided instructions for FRST provided at #20. This needs to be run with your aurore rousseau administrator account.

In addition, please provide fresh FRST logs.

i had run frst64 few seconds ago, the scan very long

1) all usb & external devices no recognized
I try USBDeview by Nirsoft, but problem persist

2) the Samsung recovery partition corrupted/infected
it's F:/ disk, no free space, but if I type on google the "Samsung recovery solution" I see only one metro/modern (by Microsoft Appstore) of Samsung Recovery Solution, where is the desktop version of Samsung Reovery (without metro/modern) on the web to rebuild the Samsung recovery partition ?
3) I wanna free space to install Sims 3 & Sims 4, but 37Gb required

the antimalwares used in the past is

It appears, uef and how many other users you may be, that game playing is what you are more interested in rather than receiving assistance. You have continually not followed instructions, run requested programs on different desktops and not provided the requested information/logs.

My suggestion is that you (and your many other user accounts, including BoucherDeFrance3, follow the instructions at Recovery options in Windows 10 and select Remove everything in the instructions at Recovery options in Windows 10.
