How do i update the Windows 10 Build 19044 is it just the Windows update

Yes, but if build 19045 (22H2) is not present as feature update in the Windows Update section, you can also use the Update Assistant.

Download the

Windows 10 Update Assistant to your desktop.

• Right-click on Windows10Upgrade9252.exe and select the option: Run as administrator.
• Press the Update now button, click after the compatibility check on Next.
• The Update Assistant will now download the latest Feature Update.
• After verifying the download, the Feature Update will be installed.
• When this process is ready, click on the Restart now button to complete the installation.

yeah so here's a old problem this wasn't fixed i tried the old SFCFix.zip you gave me last thursday and tried using it on the SFCFix.exe but it was stuck for a long time maybe the CBS file changed

Please try to use the Update Assistant first, if it fails attach a new copy of the CBS logs.
