Error 0x80070490 when updating and code 8024A000 after suggested fix in help file

Disregard . . tried it again and it worked. I don't think I used an elevated command prompt. Will post my results soon.
 
Got an error on the third line. Wasn't sure if I should keep going or not. Here is the error message:

I took out what was in parentheses as it looked like my reg code. Let me know if you need that and I'll upload a different way.
