[SOLVED] Error 800F0831 when installing KB4512488 - Windows 8.1 x64

It doesn't get more official than my download as it's been extracted straight from MS. I get their gratitude as I am a volunteer. :-)

I got the info from the registry search I did. It clearly listed KB4457129.
