[SOLVED] Error Code 80073701 Installing KB4471318 on Win 7 x64

I am getting the same error. I have 64-bit Windows 7 Ultimate with Service Pack 1 installed. The warning above says I shouldn't run the script on my machine but what other options do I have? I have tried everything.
