Xilolee did not know that it was already logging so what I did was a system restore to a prior time when I saw the enable log and I re-did all the work and now its logging again my fault hope everything turn out right.

Thanks for reviewing this thread what I am getting from the event log is the revocation function was unable to check revocation for the certificate.
