to make things clear battleye is not a software its an service that only gets activated when an battleye supported game is running, so even if i dont uninstall it, it will not give me a stop 0x124 because its not running, so this particular service is giving me a stop 0x124 and i dont know how to fix this service.

BattleEye is an anti-cheat engine which is software: a service is software. Stop 0x124's are 95% of time caused by hardware and considering the memory diagnostic program which you ran reported 3 errors, then I would suggest using different RAM sticks if possible. I've witnessed multiple occasions whereby memory diagnostic programs can be quite fickle.
