Hi again .... sorry for the delay - lots going on!
Thanks for the latest files.
Error logs
Wow.
Truly amazing amount of errors to be generated over just three days! Either your system is seriously misconfigured, has faulty hardware, or has devices connected that are incompatible with Windows 10.
I'd recommended thorough diagnostics earlier. If you haven't run them yet, you should test things soon.
Critical Error
On Friday (the 24th) at 3:06 A.M. GMT your system had a fatal error linked to the mmcss.sys driver ("Multimedia Class Scheduler Service"). The error was the IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL error. Yours is the first system I've seen with that file involved in a Blue Screen error. I haven't seen any reliable repair suggestions yet for this particular error. But I can look later on in the week (very busy at the moment).
DPC Latency Checker
Please uninstall this program. It is not compatible with Windows 10 (the last operating system officially supported for that program was Vista). It is loading a driver at startup. You don't want that running. (The driver was in the list of those loading and running at startup).
Networking Errors
Can't say for sure if it is a misconfiguration problem, driver issue, or hardware issue, but you are having all sorts of network-related errors. I'll guess that you only use your "Killer E2400 Gigabit Ethernet" wired adapter, as I didn't see any wireless in the list. If the drivers aren't current, bring them up to date. If no Windows 10 compliant drivers are available, try another adapter (& disable the "Killer" if it doesn't behave).
Almost anything related to networking was getting errors: you have WinSock errors (been a while since I've seen any of those), MS Edge was generating repeating errors over & over - mostly the mscvrt.dll and iertutil.dll modules, OneDrive errors, Windows Updates errors ... basically anything connected to networking was generating errors.
By the way: if you don't plan on using OneDrive, you'll need to stop it by changing some settings, and disabling it's two "setup" startup progams. On your system, in fact, you have three OneDrive processes attempting to run at startup, and mostly excelling at creating errors.
Turn off or uninstall OneDrive - OneDrive
USB for Android driver
If you look in your error logs, you'll notice Event IDs 10116 and 10110, happening over and over, and which mention a "user-mode driver crash" and "device MTP USB". This may well be linked to a smartphone, possibly a "Pantech Vega No. 6", or IM-A460K. Windows 10 appears to try to install a driver for the phone, it crashes, and the cycle repeats and repeats... This isn't helping things.
ASMedia USB 3.1 Hub Service & ASMedia XHCI Service
The ASMedia USB drivers have been known to cause trouble in Windows 10 systems. You have both the ASMedia USB 3.1 and the ASMedia XHCI loading and running at system startup. Try uninstalling these, and using generics instead. Or, if the drivers have updated versions newer than those in your current installation, you can try that, too.
MSI Utilities
For now, try completely uninstalling them & doing without them entirely. The worst error producers are the MSI Live Update and the MSI Gaming App.
Catalyst Drivers
Not sure that these installed correctly. Their "InstallManagerApp" module is generating errors in the background.

I'm guessing you built your computer yourself. Make sure that all the BIOS/UEFI settings are OK, and check that ALL of your hardware is Windows 10 compliant. [Especially if you have a USB audio controller ... I think at some point you mentioned a dac....] USB problems with latencies and interrupts are common enough. Better to replace a dac than to suffer forever with audio artifacts.
....it's a bit late here ... I'll check back later on this week -- good luck!
