[SOLVED] I can't start windows defender firewall service..

You'll need to use a different computer to create the Linux Live USB, otherwise if none is available then you'll need to take the computer to a local repair service or contact HP and ask them to recover the data for you.

Also, how can I create a linux live usb if I have the error screen whenever I launch my PC?
You said that you couldn't start up in your previous post? You can try and see if it will boot normally but ultimately it looks like disk is beginning to fail, you mentioned that you had update issues earlier in the thread as well, have you been experiencing any other problems?

Update issues, as in I can't update windows antivirus. It just couldnt. It gave me an error. That was the issue, also when I start the PC, yes, I get the error I sent you, but it says if I press enter, I can continue the startup, so I am asking, what is going to happen when I press enter, you can look at the full error screen in the message I sent you earlier (not the test result, the other one).

I tried starting the PC, It kind of froze then gave me a blue screen then I got this.

Do you remember what the BSOD error was? I assume something like Stop 0x7B? It seems that your disk is probably unbootable and the best option is to recover the data as soon as possible. I suspect that this issue has been present for a long time and now the disk has decided to fail completely.

As previously mentioned in post #41.

Then run some more comprehensive disk diagnostics tests, which are available in this thread, or you can replace the disk with a new one and then do a complete clean install with the latest version of Windows 10 which is available from here. There are many tutorials about how to do a clean install. Once the clean install has been completed, then you can restore your files from your backup.

I would focus on getting a backup of your data and make it your priority.

It's portable operating system so you'll be able to backup all of your personal data and the guide looks good, they're using Linux Mint which is probably one of the most user-friendly Linux distros. After you've created the USB, then the steps from this tutorial should help you find your data. The Windows folder should have another folder called Users and from there, you'll be able to find your own user folder and any personal files you have saved there; assuming you haven't saved anything elsewhere.
