IE 9 Will not update, uninstall. Cannot Upgrade to IE 10 or 11

Hi Ganjeii,
as seen in the 3rd picture(2 posts up) for the harddrive test, a long run was completed, which took approx. 4hours 15minutes. No errors returned
As for the Ram, I initially ran with all ram in for several passes without an issue. But after realizing I was supposed to run with 1 module at a time I removed what ram I could, Leaving 2 modules in the system it has now been running for approx(still running). 13hours and is onto its 8th run now. No errors.
To ensure it is not the off pair causing issues I will remain using only the pair left in the system now, which as can be seen, are paired.
I hope all of this has been done correct and has given you the info required.

Hey guys,
Hope all is good? Have not heard anything for 4 days so wondering if I missed something your still waiting on?
Let me know if I have please
Slade

Not at all, it has ran exactly as it did on both sets.
The tests all went fine, nothing came up with either the ram or the hdd's

OK since all of your hardware has passed, we can continue the repair with the Windows update components. Please be patient as some of these fixes can take a while to put together.

okies, any luck? or have i been ditched? :)
is ok if i have, but plz let me know

good suggestions, although, my laptop is a ROG laptop that ships with win7, and thus, does not have this option in the bios
