IIS - 0x80073701 Error

Hello,

I am trying to add a web server (IIS) feature to Windows Server 2019, I am getting error 0x80073701.

I found a similar, solved topic in the forum, but I can't figure it out. The problem is probably the KB5016623 patch.

I have attached the CBS log file, I need your help.

Hi and welcome to Sysnative,

Follow these instructions to remove an update.
  • Open the Start menu of Windows and type the command CMD
  • When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator.
  • When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following command into it, then press enter.
Code:
wusa /uninstall /KB:5016623
  • Let me know if it says it was successful or you get the message: The update KB5016623 is not installed on this computer.
