Not really, but a missing windows10 sign shows that there is an error in the System or with the updates. And if the sign is there, the updates are working as intended.

And my last SURT got an unbelievable result -> no Errors!

Well, the KB3035583 is buggy by default, it doesn't really mean that your system have an issue Were you able to install all your Windows Update properly?

Yes, all Windows Updates up till yesterday are installed properly! I hope the future updates will also work but with the SURT result saying "no errors detected" I am in good hope.
