Hello, finally the problem has been solved !!
After this formatting I tried to deploy basic windows updates until I reached KB2919355, before executing this command suggested above, when I was trying to update, when I restarted the computer, it was crashing, and not restarting itself.
I thought that strange .., and tried again, again crashing with initial windows update updates, I contacted the server support, and this time a new attendant, I suggested due to the server being new, missing BIOS updates,
after update at Bios the problem is solved!
Even if the problem was not solved directly, it was indirectly through several tests done here, which eventually led to the point of solution.
Several other places including microsoft forum where I posted this issue did not give 5% of the free support provided here.
I want to leave my thanks for softwaremaniac, insane support, very high level, very fast responding, great writing, detailed text, to see that you are a detailed person and very committed to this forum.
