[SOLVED] KB4474419 can't be installed on Windows 7 64bit

I am only trying to install KB4474419, well in Windows Updater it said before the needed restart that it was installed, but it has been happening all the time. After that mandatory restart however I can't boot Windows at all unless I run Startup Repair. This time in StartupRepair I had to run "dism.exe Image:E\ /cleanup-image /revertpendingactions", only after this it let me back in my system. I am not sure why it shows Windows is on E: during Startup Repair, as it is installed on C: normally. Maybe it's supposed to be that way, cause it showed all the files I have on PC on C: as files on E:. I ran chkdsk on E: during Startup Repair from Command Prompt and it showed 0 problems.

I found some results on other forums etc and there are more people that had problems with this update, most of them ran dual boot like I did, the responses they get are all different from something wrong with disk partitions because of dual boot, to the problem is in drivers. Maybe it's looking in the wrong place for Windows or something, I don't know.

Go to Control Panel - Windows Update - Change settings.
Select Download updates but let me choose whether to install them.
Click OK.

Check for updates and tell me which updates are available.

Almost all of them. I don't remember updating this machine, maybe once or twice. Now the software I need requires both SHA2 updates. The 4490628 installed just fine. This one, not so much. Anyway, I have 91 imporant, 94 optional. I typed out all the important ones in spoiler in case you need a quick CTRL F or something. If you want me to list optional as text or maybe as a screenshot let me know.

With that much of missing important updates always start with the oldest ones. Select only 5 till 10 updates at a time and try to install them.
If a restart is required please do.
Skip the optional updates for now.

Tell me if all important updates could be installed or not.

Hello Peter, I am writing to say thank you for your help, even though I fixed it my way, without installing all the other updates, i appreaciate your help as it allowed me to focus on the problem and find any possible way to fix without giving up.

Anyway, how it worked for me :
I didn't have a System Reserved partition (actually, there was a 99mb but without any label, maybe that was it), basically what I did is run a Kali Linux live USB and using GParted move my Windows partition to the right, and expand the 99 mb to 400mb and label it System Reserved. After that I had problems booting, which I fixed by using Windows 7 ISO and Repair computer. After the reboot I was happy to see the chkdsk running on C:, after it finished I saw it run on some {weird-nmbers-here), after that the system started. I ran the KB4474419 update manually and after a restart it all worked, and the update is installed.

I want once again to thank you for your work as you can never be sure that a system will always work without problems, even thought it did for me for quite some time, and when breaks do happen those forums and the work you do is very valuable.

Your welcome. I would still advise you to install all important updates.

Take care.
