[SOLVED] Kb448o970 and Kb4471318 failed to install on Windows7 32bit

Hi, both the November and December roll ups have failed to install , goes for the reboot gets to 7% then reboots restarts at 7% then reverts back. Plain security updates are fine . Other weird thing I found is Thai language pack on computer but its always been set for english . Checked surt and SFC no errors found

Hi please find attached log files as requested, October update installed fine so cannot understand why the last 2 wont

Add Missing Package
1. Click the Start button and type cmd.exe in the search box.
2. Right-click on the cmd that comes up and select Run as administrator.
3. Once you are at the command prompt, copy/paste the following line and hit enter.
pnputil -a C:\Windows\WinSxS\x86_cpu.inf_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.24260_none_5fa104a166ed5728\cpu.inf

Let me know if it says successfully installed. If it does, try installing the update again.
