Lots of BSODs with multiple reasons.

Ok well i ran that Furmark and it handled no problem. 26385 frames, 29 FPS, 74°C. Should i run Seatools first before i do that long memtest again?

Ok well i ran Seatools and it came back with no errors, currently running the memtest even though i have already ran twice and once it went through 5 passes(3 Less than you guys suggested) not sure how much of a difference it should make. Whats next after that?

I have and everytime I booted into windows it instantly froze and i had to shutdown my computer. Did the samething over and over.

Hi,

This implies we are dealing with a device driver issue most likely, specifically on start up if you're freezing when booting straight into Windows. Since it's freezing rather than crashing and providing a DMP file, let's do a clean boot with verifier enabled and let us know if you crash after doing that: How to perform a clean boot to troubleshoot a problem in Windows 8, Windows 7, or Windows Vista

Regards,

Patrick

Ok well currently i am running CHKDSK (Second time doing this) currently at 86%. After this i will do the clean boot with verifier on.

Ok I am about to start the cleanboot with driver verifier on lets see how this goes, but before i did that i got this error message with skype, also i had the samething with ATI Catalyst Contorl Center and my Windows Gadgets...werid.

Also i rebooted with driver verifier on and a clean boot and it froze on the "Welcome" when loading up the OS.

Hi -

he bugchecks on the 10 dumps varied. This coupled with the freezing you describe further confirms that [unknown] hardware failure is the likely cause of the BSODs.

I'm finding exception code errors in the dumps, namely:
0xc0000005 = memory access violation
0xc000001d = illegal instruction, e.g., division by zero

A summary of the BSODs -

A few drivers I noticed that may be causing issues -
Code:
[font=lucida console]Lycosa.sys       Fri Jan 18 03:51:42 2008 (4790689E) - mouse
asmthub3.sys     Wed Feb 23 21:25:56 2011 (4D65C1B4) - USB
AODDriver2.sys   Thu Apr 05 05:23:37 2012 (4F7D6499) - AMD Overdrive
RTCore64.sys     Tue Sep 06 08:24:50 2011 (4E661112) - MSIAfterburner
[/font]
Update the first two; consider removing the last two.

I also suggest that you remove all of your Sidebar gadgets; exception = the on-board weather one -
Code:
.:GPU Observer:.	Lets you observe the current GPU stats of your Graphic Card.	Orbmu2k	C:\Users\Nick\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Sidebar\Gadgets\GPUObserver37.gadget\Gadget.xml	7/8/2013 5:02 PM
Core Temp	Core Temp Windows Sidebar Gadget. Requires the last version of "Core Temp" to work. Monitor the status of your processor and memory. This gadget displays processor information such as processor brand and model, temperature, load per core, frequency and VID. It also displays the main memory utilization in megabytes and it percent. All of the readings are also show on a graph.	Arthur Liberman	C:\Users\Nick\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Sidebar\Gadgets\CoreTempGadget2.7.gadget\Gadget.xml	7/8/2013 4:48 PM
Drives Meter	With this Drives Meter Gadget you can display your Hard disc or flash disk space, free space, used space, bar indicates used space, read speed, write speed and activity up to 8 drive.	AddGadgets	C:\Users\Nick\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Sidebar\Gadgets\Drives_Meter_V4.3.gadget\Gadget.xml	7/8/2013 1:37 PM
Network Meter	The Network Meter will show you SSID, Signal Quality, Internal IP address, External IP address, Blacklisted IP ratio, IP lookup with Google Maps, Speed test, Firewall check, Upload speed, download speed, usage remaining, total of usage and connection is secure or not secure.	AddGadgets	C:\Users\Nick\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Sidebar\Gadgets\Network_Meter_V9.5.gadget\Gadget.xml	7/8/2013 4:47 PM

See how the system runs after the above is dealt with.

However, I suspect we'll find out that hardware failure is to blame; not sure.

Regards. . .
