Here's the next fix.

Step 1.
Warning: This fix was written specifically for this system. Do not run this fix on another system.
  • Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
  • Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it to your desktop.
  • Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

  • SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
  • Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
  • Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.


Step 2. Run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.

I see KB5030178 installed successfully through the update history, but dont see that in the control panel
 
KB5030178 is the latest update for .NET, and KB5011267 is an older update, so this one is not important. More important is whether you are still having problems with .NET 4.8 or not?
 
I was able to install citrix receiver as a test and seemed perfect. Need t contact the original 3rd party now to see if everything works, but for now everything seems perfect. Thank you so much!!!
