Correct, you want the option to keep all files and settings. It might take a while.
If you get any error messages zip and attach C:\$windows.~bt\Sources\Panther\SetupAct.log and SetupErr.log
 
Crap, I was hoping to avoid doing that, reinstalling everything is going to be a massive pain, don't even know if I still have all the install files anymore... No other options?
 
So I just went to start it up and it gave me the error "This tool can't update your PC. The language or edition of the version of Windows currently installed on your PC isn't supported by this tool"
 
Didn’t get a chance to upload the file requested. Had to head back to work. I’ll be back home in 2.5ish hours you won’t be on then will you?
