[SOLVED] My computer isnt Windows 10 yet

I have a Dell Inspirion N7110
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Service
I5-2450M CPU 2.50GHz (4 CPUS)
Memory 6144 Ram
Directx 11

Haven’t used the laptop in 4 yrs.
I started out doing a windows update. Completed the update. What I found out is update history shows the install of ( KB4489878, KB3046269 and KB3184143) on the history page 4x. But continues to show as it needs to be installed. This was the error code 0x8007001F - 0x20006 (failed in SAFE_OS phase with an error during REPLICATE_OC operation. So my device manager showed a (yellow exclamation point on Microsoft teredo tunneling adapter) I found the error and a fix carried out the fix device manager clear. Errors still there. There is no update to uninstall. All this is after I get to the part where 10 is installed and now it’s looking for update, 75% in it started putting my computer back to the way it found it. Then I went to Microsoft for a media creation tool for Windows 10 upgrade on a flash drive.
I’ve tried a few things nothing works.

This information isnt old by a week but a couple days. How do you solve a problem to a laptop trying to update for information that may no longer be in existence?
Or hotfix KB947821 was installed successfully Capture 002 your suggestion for SFCFix didnt work, can you offer a different route for getting the SFCFix information?

Or do you wanna suggestion a different brother forum?

As in the PM I sent you. If you come across an instruction that you have already completed, skip it.

They need a fresh CBS log from Step 5.

ok i extracted the zip and i dont see any exe anything capture 111 is all i have the page with all the information is what was in the packages folder

it was an extraction, look on the right of the page it shows the zip file the packages folder and SFCFix page. makes no since to me, no offense meant

No problem at all.
Your screenshot in message #10 looks like the attachment in message #7, not the attachment in message #9.
Download the attachment in message #9 and drag the downloaded file into SFCFix.exe as shown in message #9.

Firefox has nothing to do with it. I use it myself too.

In message #3 you provided a screenshot of SFCFix.exe so you already downloaded it. I removed the line to download it to minimize the amount of instructions to perform.

HI and thx again. when i go to microsoft catalog for SURT i find my systems download but when i hit download that page shows up i captured it for yu to see that im doing what yur requested. Suggestions?

Download the tool SURT for your system. (Windows 7 SP1 x64)
Once downloaded, execute the installer, and go through the installation (this process can take around 15-20 minutes).
On completion, a log will be created in C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log.
Attach this log to your next reply.
 
there was no download when i clicked on download i sented you the capture showing what happens when i try and download. why this stuff happens to me geez lol. you have another way to download what your asking for?
