[SOLVED] Need Help, Windows 10 abnormal behavior causing problems

Do I use the Kaspersky removal tool again, afraid it might cause system restore not working again.

This wasn't any problem before like these, When I posted first thread in bleepingcomputer, I had similar issue once as listed below 2

I would like to note that the problem could have been from reinstalling back kaspersky again, On the installation, It had prompted me with possible chance of conflict with Malwarebytes
program, however, I looked into their forum, followed how to avoid conflict by excluding their service (vice versa) Before this, I had the same security layout, there were no conflcit with kaspersky free and malwrebytes running.
I am able to do disk clean without being stuck , Firefox downloads seem okay as well.
It's seems working without these type of behavior

I would like to take this opportunity to say, Thank you!! for the tremendous help and assisting me through out the whole process. :)
 
I haven't had any problem as of yet after uninstalling the application. Do you still want me to proceed with clean instal
