NO SOUND !!! SFC.DLL is either not designed to run ....

thank you so much, sound is back, can you tell me what is the cause of my problem ? is it my hard disk drive ? is it my Windows ?

All the other files got repaired Successfully, but now more files are showing as corrupt.

SFCFix Script

  1. Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop.
  2. Download SFCFix.zip, and save this to your Desktop. Ensure that this file is named SFCFix.zip - do not rename it.
  3. Save any open documents and close all open windows.
  4. On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFix.zip.
  5. Drag the file SFCFix.zip onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.
  6. SFCFix will now process the script.
  7. Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
  8. Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of this file into your next post for me to analyse please - put [CODE][/CODE] tags around the log to break up the text.

Once SFCFix has finished can you please run SFC /SCANNOW again then upload the CBS folder?

Can you please delete your current version of SFCFix and and SFC.ZIP files. The above didn't work the way the way it was supposed to.

There might have been an issue with the download as the script hash that was used:

your zip file is not named "SFCFIX.ZIP" it's "SFCFix31162745.zip"
but anyway i did as you said

It looks like SFCFix is not ready the txt file that is inside the zip file SFCFix31162745.zip -> Can you please open up this ZIP file and confirm there is a file called SFCFix.txt?

i couldnt check the sfcfix.txt because the zip file gives me an error when i want to open it like the file is damaged or corrupt
