Tom has now provided the next step of the fix. I am really sorry about the delay, Chertwell, and hope that we will be able to fully resolve your issue soon.
 
I just discovered this thread. I'm really hoping to at least get an update on where we are in the troubleshooting process. I understand this can take some time; however, my last update was over a week ago.

I have still not received any help since my last post. I've been waiting for over a month. I was told that someone would get back with me and I've been waiting ever since.

Sorry for the delay - I've had a week with no internet so I haven't been able to post, and our other helpers are very busy at the moment.

As you can hopefully understand, I have quite a backlog of threads to catch up on, so it might take me a while to get through them all, but rest assured you haven't been forgotten!

I am away from Tuesday 29th - Thursday 31st October and will not be able to assist in threads during that time. Tom982 is also currently very busy. As a result, there are currently quite a few unanswered threads. Rest assured, your thread will be answered, however, there may be some delay.

Sorry for the delay. You'll have to wait for Tom982 on this one, I can't fix this error myself (only really started looking at SFC corruptions recently). Hopefully Tom will be able to give you a hand soon.

I am really sorry for the delay in responding. I will answer your post as a priority tomorrow afternoon. Unfortunately I am currently revising for a university admissions exam tomorrow morning, and if I don't pass I don't get a place at the university :(

I really hope you can understand, and I am very sorry.
