You can try the DISM tool again (it shouldn't hurt anything), perhaps there was a typing error.
The diagnostics should help determine if faulty hardware is the basic cause of your trouble. It certainly has a good chance to be: it is very unusual for a brand-new installation to have image health issues within three days of a clean install. The usual cause of such corruption, in that short a period is either faulty hardware, or malware-compromised files.
Couldn't hurt to run a few malware scans, just to see. Scan all the drives - since malware can move from drive to drive (malware can be re-introduced to a brand-new system from data restored from a previous installation .. old documents, pictures, music... on backups)....
