OFFICIAL UPDATE: Sysnative BSOD Processing Apps 2.11.8

For those who have expressed concerns with the speed of the new version, I am releasing a secondary update.

Version 2.11.8 is available for download.

To Install:
  1. You will need:

  2. If you are running XP, you will also need:



  3. Download SysnativeBSODApps_2_11_8.zip and extract the Install.exe file. Run Install.exe from anywhere on your system.

    The new setup will not overwrite any of your settings if you have a previous version installed; it only optimizes the apps and sets up the new license key for the latest version.


  4. Once the apps are installed, you can run them as is, or you can Change Settings and customize the options for the output of the .dmp processing.


The .chm file is a good resource if you need help. See post #1 for more info.

2.16.7 Added on June 12, 2015 at 5:47PM EDT
  1. FIXED Parsing of DRT file in case { or } show up in the driver description.
  2. FIXED Duplicate drivers showing up in the list of missing drivers when referencing the DRT.
  3. FIXED Crash that occurred when checking for Baseboard Information beyond the end of the file.
  4. FIXED Installer issue that would inadvertently remove files not related to the apps during an update install.
  5. ADDED Installer will now move all files to the new location if the apps install directory changes.
  6. ADDED Baseboard Information if it differs from the System info (it will grab both if both are different from each other).
  7. ADDED Option to close the apps when they are finished processing .dmp files.

Version 2.16.15 is available for download.


To Install:
  1. You will need:

  2. If you are running XP, you will also need:



  3. Download SysnativeBSODApps_2_16_15.zip and extract the Install.exe file. Run Install.exe from anywhere on your system.

    The new setup will not overwrite any of your settings if you have a previous version installed; it only optimizes the apps and sets up the new license key for the latest version.


  4. Once the apps are installed, you can run them as is, or you can Change Settings and customize the options for the output of the .dmp processing.


The .chm file is a good resource if you need help. See post #1 for more info.

  2. FIXED Cleaned up settings loading with UI to be done in the background more often; this means there is less chance of the UI becoming unresponsive

  1. FIXED Update checking now works more reliably
  2. FIXED More debug statements were added to logging
  3. ADDED A limit on threads to use for parallel threading. The limit is based on CPU threading hardware.
