Old machine with windows 7 without sp1

Yeah, i try to update, i get a error, i restart the machine, i can get the error that i attach, and i attach the cbs log and the update log is revelant
 
I dont get any error, after the instalation of this file i try to update the machine, after that is when i get the screenshot
 
after the instalation of this file...
Did you got a message that the installation went successful or did it fail ?
 
I attach the result of the instalation, the test just after that, the test after reboot , and i attach too the cbs.log in zip file and the windowsupdate log .

Step 1:
Go to Control Panel - Windows Update - Change settings.
Select Never check for updates (not recommended).
Click OK.

Step 2:
Boot your computer into a Clean Boot state following these instructions: How to perform a clean boot in Windows.
After that perform the instructions in message #59 again.
Report the result of that installation.
 
Dont get any error, i test 1 is before reboot and test 2 after reboot

I left the computer about 85 % of the instalation , but when i came back , the system dont boot , restart all the time, i need to restore the system and now boot but the sp1 is not installled, when i try to install the sp1 and i get the attach message

spintall.exe error of the system
the program can't start because sqmapi.dll is missing. Try to reinstall the program to fix this problem
