I do all that manually. No program nor best super PC can replace human brain ! ^^

CC is only used in parts, RegClean too, System Mechanic only for control and mostly inactive. You can use bad cleaning tools but not execute all what they
propose you to do.
I mostly you use these tools for control: what to they say and is it right ?? Do they give hints for some existing problems or not ??
Professionals know that tools like Tune up and others; there is no tools which can clean and repair your OS in seconds !
To clean a soul you have to go God personally ! No human can do that !
