Problem upgrading (migrating) win7pro to win10pro.

Retried upgrade .. does not work ...

1. Tried to use the downloaded MediaCreationTool1909 - when run as admin, windows logo show for a few seconds then disappear - no window to select action (new install, media etc.).
2. Tried to use installation media - double clicking the media within windows explorer, then "setup.exe." - show windows logo - no further action!
3. Windows update - "You are updated".

I have found a file which I think is the log for the tried installations - file attached. does it give any useful hints??

I find two setuperr.log, both having 0 bytes!

c:\windows\setuperr.log
c:\windows\system32\sysprep\panther\IE\setuperr.log
 
I guess you are right :(.
Do you have a suggestion, how to easy transfer the installed win7 programs to win10? Or do I have to install one by one!
