[SOLVED] Problems with updates in Windows 10 and SFC/DISM failed

I see traces of an KMS toolkit, is this version of Windows legally activated?
I removed all binaries and exclusions from KMS and I buy a license. Thank u. Edit: I think he should be fine by now, I didn't know the state he was in.

I would suggest to perform a clean install with the legal license, the current installation is badly damaged and there are traces for other illegal copy's (cracks) as well.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I couldn't install a clean one because there are many things I would like to keep as they are. Is there a chance to try something else first?

Do you have recent backups of this system, or a backup before this issue started?

What you could try is an in-place-upgrade without active internet connection. If it fails as well, there's no other option than perform a clean install.

Windows 10 in-place failed but now I get 100% on DISM, maybe we have moved forward? Thank you!!

Starting exam in the system. This process will take some time.

Starting the verification phase of the system examination.
100% verification was verified.

Windows Resource Protection found corrupted files, but some could not be repaired.
For online repairs, details are in the CBS log file located at
windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example, C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For repairs
offline, the details are in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag.

Changes to system file repair will take effect on the next reboot.

EDIT: I am rebooting

As I said before, this system is badly damaged. So I would strongly recommend to backup all your important data and perform an clean install.

I couldn't fix all the errors but I was able to install the latest Windows 10 update, so for now we could solve the issue. Thank you for your effort and patience.
