Questions about some Windows settings

Now I can't run Hyper-V, mmc.exe and services.msc (and more programs, I suppose) because of this. If I disable UAC in Winaero Tweaker or Ultimate Windows Tweaker I no longer have this problem but I can't sign in Edge Chromium's Microsoft Account because I have this problem again. How can I be able to run Hyper-V, mmc.exe and services.msc while still being able to sign in Edge Chromium's Microsoft account?

I'm also unable to sync extensions in Edge Chromium's Microsoft Account. It states they're being installed in the background but they're never installed.

I did the same thing in a VM and I didn't have these issues. Weird.

It looks the signing in on the Microsoft account on Edge Chromium problem has to do with the "Enable UAC - Filter all administrators (EnableLUA)" setting on NTLite. I set this setting to default, didn't use one of the mentioned programs and I was able to sign in my Microsoft account in Edge Chromium. If I disable UAC with Winaero Tweaker or Ultimate Windows Tweaker and if remove AAD Broker Plugin and AccountsControl with NTLite I have this problem again.

* So, this time I removed AAD Broker Plugin with NTLite and I'm having this problem again, so it looks like AAD Broker Plugin must be kept.

EDIT: This time I only removed AccountsControl with NTLite and I'm also having this problem so both AAD Broker Plugin and AccountsControl must be kept.

EDIT 2: By the way, if I remove UAC with NTLite, I don't have this problem in Windows 11.
