Sure but atm busy on building roms (android ) and need machine. Guess this Disc Cleanup runs best with no other things running in the background?
 
U.S. Version. Maybe it's under more options on your version. You can have it run in the background. Depending on how much is still on your computer it can take over an hour.Disc Cleanup.jpg
 
You can open the Advance Disk Cleanup which gives you more options to check by hitting the Windows key +R. Once the run dialogue appears, copy/paste this into it and hit enter. Also, click the clean up system files button @Corday indicates above.

Cleanmgr /sageset:65535 & Cleanmgr/sagerun:65535
 
I now have this - see img - when I windows+r and run Cleanmgr /sageset:65535 & Cleanmgr/sagerun:65535 in the box.
So I just toggle all the boxes? And also the the clean up system files?

Same 15 MB/s
On the otherhand (but not affected by this all above) didn't yet mentioned that copying from sandisk to machine is ~38MB/s . Maybe this is important to know.
 
RE-Format flash drive to NTFS using Command Prompt. Convert X: /fs:ntfs Make sure nothing else is running and substitute your drive letter for the X: I showed. There are also free partitioning apps that can do this.

Did and same. Although working on another laptop @65MB/s
But I used another flash drive (same type) and it's now also @65MB on that 'slower' laptop. Wasn't before some days ago as they were all at 15MB/s speeds.

So only this particular one works on 15 and on 65 on another laptop. Really weird as if the laptop recognizes this one and limits the speeds. Really don't know....
 
I'm now saying the HD might also need changing. NTFS is faster. Possibly check on the other computer which might be NTFS. Also if the computer with the higher speed had an SSD that would make a big difference.

My drives on my laptops are ALL NTFS and M.2 SSD's... so what's your point here...
