REFERENCE_BY_POINTER WIN 7 HOME

I'm afraid there's a chance the Nvidia GPU might be defective, there's not much that can be done to fix the problem. There are some things you could try, but there are risks involved and they can be expensive with laptops that are older.

If you really want to use the Nvidia GPU, you could have a trained professional reseat the GPU to see if that fixes the problem. They might also be able to replace the Nvidia GPU should that be needed, but the question is if it's replaceable since it's not sold anymore for years.

Another issue is that you can't use recent drivers, because Nvidia stopped supporting this GPU with driver updates before covid.

The best option if you want to continue using this laptop is to accept that the NVidia GPU might be defective, in my opinion it's not worth the cost to have this fixed. Due to the age of Windows 7, the fact it doesn't receive security updates anymore and the age of your laptop that you may likely get more problems down the road, I'd recommend using this as an opportunity to replace the laptop. Fixing hardware related issues with this laptop may become more expensive than replacing the laptop.

1. Today there was a strange incident, how did it happen, check the file attachment
2. Please check the attachment video, is this a problem with the intel or geforce onboard vga? Actually there is another video that was not recorded successfully and until now does not appear

Can you try attaching the file again, I don't see any new attachments

Looks to be a POST error (Power On Self Test) which is a sequence of tests performed before Windows loads to ensure the hardware components necessary for booting are working. In your video I see "fan error has occurred", indicating the laptop won't be able to cool itself.

Are you able to continue booting into Windows or is this a repeating error message you get at each boot?

The fan only turns on during initial boot. after touching the temperature of 80 degrees it does not turn on.
so I remove it and replace it using a 12cm fan

yes can continue booting into Windows

With the new fan how high do the temperatures get, also what fan did you replace with? Do you continue getting the POST error with the new fan?

It's better to not install it at all if the GPU is not detected with presumably hardware defect.
