Computer restarted in Clean Boot Mode.
Utility executed as admin.
Finished successfully within a minute.

Remaining in Clean Boot Mode I have retried upgrades.
All .NET relating upgrade was failed:
KB4481480: Error Code 2
KB4054530: Error Code 643

And additionally a Silverlight related upgrade was failed as well:
KB4481252: Error Code 64C

I have start thinking about your first recommendation to change to Win10... :(
 
Please disregard the above message and do the following:

Manually download one of the updates listed from MS Update Catalog. Once you download it, you will see multiple updates offered, please try to install them all and then reboot if required to.

Afterwards, check for updates again.

Please report the result of this.

1. Installation of ndp472-kb4054541-x86-x64-enu_2cd33de88607aa5b1415e9e06f19602d7b24c6b4.exe:
Failed: Option you want to use can be found on a network resource which is not available.

2. Installation of windows6.1-kb4019990-x64_35cc310e81ef23439ba0ec1f11d7b71dd34adfe5.msu:
Ths update (KB4019990) is already installed.

3. Installation of ndp472-kb4087364-x64_25f386d2fb25b200ed7ddba055d008995403f4e6.exe was successful

After that I checked and started to update the recommended updates, but it was failed, but listed log recommends me to download the offline full installer (ndp472-kb4054530-x86-x64-allos-hun.exe), which installed successful. Now It seems that I have .NET 4.7.2, but the security rollup update was failed again (KB4481480, as well as Silverlight update (KB44812252).

Now only these updates are recommended (plus two optional KB4480955 and KB4481488).
