[SOLVED] Security Updates for Microsoft .NET Framework failed to install

Thanks. Reboot (if you haven't already) and then manually download and attempt to install KB3127233. This is a different one than the one you were previously trying.

Let me know the results.

OK. Let's get the following logs again.

Using the .NET Collect Utility

  1. Download collect.exe and save to your desktop.
  2. Go ahead and run the tool
  3. The utility creates a compressed cabinet of all the needed logs to %TEMP%\vslogs.cab.
  4. Please zip/attach to this post or if too large, send using a service such as SendSpace.

Thanks. Are you able to remove .NET Framework from your machine so that we can re-install it? You would go to Programs and Features and uninstall Microsoft.Net Framework 4.5 and 4.6 if listed.
