I was wondering if it would be better to download the three contained updates within in the roll up from the update catalog, and use procmon on the 3 individual updates during installation?
KB4483450 + KB4483453 + KB4483459?

EDIT: I went ahead and did so. 2 of the three failed, and KB4483453 went through successfully.
