Sorry for the delay. The site lost power during a Windows update and corrupted the Host OS. I have it all fixed now. Same error

The error in the log file is the same as the previous one.
Restart the machine.
Try to install update KB5004285 again and report the result.
If it fails attach the file cbs.log to your next reply.
