SFC and DISM Not Working on Server 2012 R2

Went to 39% then got the error: "SFC failed again with an error, "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them."

CBS file attached.

Step 2:
Restart the machine.
Run the command SFC /SCANNOW in an elevated command prompt again and report the result.
If it fails, copy the file C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\cbs.log to your desktop.
Zip the copied file and attach the zipped cbs.log to your next reply.
