sfc can't repair some of the files

Do you have any recent restore points? If the restore point is not to old, we should be able to scavenge the hive from the restore point.

there're no retore points ,I have disabled the system restore . It' ok , I will try refreshing the system.
 
I was hoping that wouldn't happen! Sometimes when the COMPONENTS hive is extremely corrupt a refresh will not work. Your only option would be a fresh install of Windows.
