[SOLVED] SFC, DISM not working, can't update Windows 10 21H2 x64 (10.0.19044.1586) (error 0x80070570)

I am having problems updating Windows 10 21H2 x64 (10.0.19044.1586).
The update log shows errors 0x80070570

I have tried to use Windows Update, using msu file, and bootable USB to update.
All failed.

I have run sfc /scannow it's not working with error "Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation"

I have run Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth it's not working(online\and boot from USB PE image).

I have run Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup with error: 1009, The configuration registry database is corrupt.
I have run SFCfix.exe with no error report and "no corruptions have been detected"

My OS is Win 10 21H2 x64 (10.0.19044.1586).

Please help, thanks.

Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop:

Download the 64 bit version: - Farbar Recovery Scan Tool Link
  • Download the attachment fixlist.txt and save it to your desktop.
  • Right-click on FRST.exe and select "Run as administrator".
  • Press the Fix button.
  • If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally.
  • When finished, a log called Fixlog.txt will appear in the same directory the tool is run from.
  • Post the logfile Fixlog.txt as attachment in your next reply.
