sfc & dism problem

Good.
Run the dism command like you did earlier and report the result.
If it fails attach the files C:\Windows\logs\DISM\dism.log and C:\Windows\logs\CBS\cbs.log to your next reply.

Perform the instructions in message #15 again and provide the log file. You can skip nr.5 as you alrready have downloaded FRST64.

Step 1:
Warning: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Do not run this script on another machine.
  1. Download the attachment fixlist.txt and save it to your desktop.
  2. Right-click on FRST.exe and select "Run as administrator".
  3. Press the Fix button.
  4. The tool will now process fixlist.txt.
  5. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
  6. When finished, a log called Fixlog.txt will appear in the same directory the tool is run from.
  7. Attach the logfile Fixlog.txt to your next reply.

Step 2:
Run the command sfc /scannow in an elevated commandprompt and report the result.
If it fails attach the file cbs.log to your next reply.

In the third screenshot there is some German text visible. Was that language installed on this machine ?
Are you able to access the stations D: and E: when you connect the drive to another machine ?

Sorry for the delay.
On the third screenshot in message #28, open the tab "Auditing" and "Effective Access" and provide screenshots of what happens.
