Double click on Process Monitor
Click on find -> Enter in C_936.NLS -> Press Search -> Do you get any results? can you please post a screenshot of the results.

We are going to try something else now, I want to try and remove any references to this file from your system, then re add the files back. Basically I want to try and remove any hardlink references to this file.

As we have made some changes since running this previously I would like to get a fresh scan.

SFCFix script

Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop.
Go to your desktop and right click on the background -> Select New -> Text Document -> Name this file SFCFixScript.txt.
Open up SFCFixScript.txt and copy all of the following text inside the code box below and paste it into SFCFixScript.txt.

Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
