[SOLVED] SFC /Scannow and Windows feature update fail

Yeah there might be stuff left over on disk 2 from some other installs but disk 1 is the system driver.
 
I now have the issue that my boot ssd reports poor health in SMART and I need to clone it to a new one using Macrium reflect but after doing that the new one is not bootable, complaining that it is missing winload file, even though it has a complete copy of all the partitions and files from the original boot drive.


I tried the bcdboot copy command on the new drive while booted on the old one and it always says

Failure when attempting to copy boot files.
