Once completed, zip and attach C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. If the zip is larger than 8MB, use a file sharing service such as OneDrive, DropBox, SendSpace, etc. and include the link.
Also post a link to your new thread here so I can find it.

Will do and thanks, your advice to others i have read is 100% , the net is awash with bad advice and this issue has been plaguing me for weeks.
